Plant Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Morrisville, NC, USA; onsite

Salary: $61,800–$113,100 (Zone C), $68,000–$124,500 (Zone B), or $74,200–$135,800 (Zone A) annually, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Manage daily HR operations, including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, training, recognition, and employee development.
• Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and orient employees for plant positions in partnership with departmental managers.
• Handle employee-relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and terminations.
• Track mandatory and non-mandatory training and work assessments while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage HR projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, employee relations, talent management, or project management.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition, and talent development in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience administering compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, performance management, training, development, and compliance programs.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and terminations with discretion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
