Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required 20% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $110,500.00–$152,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate project deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Drive deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Align internal business-unit resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project objectives.
• Monitor and report project cost performance.
• Participate in intra-business-unit design teams and contribute to technical development supporting project goals.
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist with implementing resolutions.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the discipline integrates with other areas.
• Awareness of competition and market differentiators.
• Ability to solve complex problems, evaluate multiple information sources, and apply judgment to existing solutions.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and potentially lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
