Technical Program Manager (Memory Co-Innovation)

What you will do

• Manage multi-function programs from ideation through solution implementation, defining timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate memory co-innovation projects across industry partners and hirify.global engineering disciplines, aligning technical roadmaps and execution.
• Guide proof-of-concept implementation, coordinate participating parties, and capture and share project learnings.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and deliver innovative solutions to market.
• Lead and influence Pan-hirify.global business units, matrix teams, and resources to ensure effective implementation.
• Communicate program progress, risks, escalations, issue analysis, and improvement recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams and work effectively across cultural and time zone boundaries.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to bridge technical teams with management and support teams.
• Ability to communicate technical and program plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at senior management levels.
• History of innovation, including developing new business, technical, engineering, or manufacturing processes.
• Business acumen and experience managing programs, briefing executive management, leading or working with scrum teams, negotiating with business groups, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrix teams and resources.
• Technical depth sufficient to influence engineering decisions and challenge assumptions, with strong stakeholder management and influence-without-authority skills.
