Company

hirify.global develops a clinically validated healthcare AI platform used by hospitals to support imaging, acute-care workflows, clinical decision-making, and patient outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own the direction, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for hirify.global’s mobile and web applications used by stroke, pulmonary embolism, aortic, and other acute-care teams.
  • Spend time with neurologists, radiologists, emergency physicians, coordinators, nurses, and related care workflows to identify and define problems.
  • Build working prototypes with AI coding and design tools, test them with clinicians, and use evidence to guide product decisions.
  • Write epics and user stories with testable acceptance criteria, edge cases, error states, analytics events, traceability, and risk controls.
  • Define AI-enabled workflows, evaluation criteria, notification behavior, reusable product patterns, and reliability requirements for patient-safety-critical notifications.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Platform, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, product marketing, customer success, and support to ship, monitor, document, and improve releases safely.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of a mobile or web product used by professionals in their daily work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, nursing, another health profession, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Uses AI through repeatable workflows for research synthesis, requirements, analysis, and prototyping, and can demonstrate its impact on work speed or quality.
  • Has built working prototypes or tools with AI coding tools and tested ideas with real users.
  • Demonstrates product judgment, prioritization with incomplete information, explicit assumptions, and evidence-based changes in direction.
  • Writes precise, testable, and complete requirements that engineers can build from, including edge cases.
  • Has depth in mobile products, including iOS and Android conventions, push-notification delivery failures, OS settings, Focus and Do Not Disturb, critical alerts, poor connectivity, app-store review, staged rollouts, and users on older versions.
  • Has technical fluency in APIs, data models, and system design and can discuss trade-offs with engineers.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with clinicians, engineers, and executives; follows problems across team boundaries and critically checks AI-assisted work.

Nice to have

  • Experience building products for clinicians, especially acute care, stroke, emergency medicine, critical care, or radiology, or a clinical background such as nursing.
  • Experience shipping software as a medical device or in another regulated environment, with knowledge of FDA design controls, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and IEC 62366.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features, writing evaluations, judging model output quality, and designing for model errors.
  • Experience building agents, automations, or skills used by others in daily work.
  • Experience with real-time messaging, alerting, or care-team communication products.
  • Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
  • Experience with product analytics, event instrumentation, funnels, and cohort analysis.

Culture & Benefits

  • Remote work in a full-time role based in the United States.
  • AI-first product development using internal AI agents and workflows for discovery, requirements, and release work.
  • Clinical and patient-safety focus within a regulated medical-device environment.
  • Commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace with equal employment opportunities and protection from discrimination and harassment.
