Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, iteration, and execution of AI-powered clinical products.
• Own complex product areas end to end, from discovery and PRDs through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Build products for personalized care planning, clinical assessment automation, proactive interventions, care team coordination, quality assurance, and clinical decision support.
• Translate workflows used by clinicians, caregivers, and compliance teams into intuitive, reliable, and scalable product experiences.
• Collaborate with providers, payors, regulators, clinical leaders, engineering, and operations teams to develop new care delivery models.
• Mentor peers and raise the standard for product clarity, judgment, and execution across EPD.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Strong experience building and shipping AI-powered products, including LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of impactful products across web and mobile from discovery through scaling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable PRDs.
• Experience with complex workflow products or data-heavy systems in healthcare, regulated environments, or fast-moving startups.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Clinical AI product experience in care delivery, care planning, or clinical decision support.
• Experience using AI models to evaluate care delivery against clinical protocols.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems, care management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with HIPAA, payer requirements, or other healthcare compliance frameworks.
