Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Denver, CO; Des Moines, IA; Field; remote within the United States. Preferred candidates based in the Denver metro area should be able to work onsite at DHI’s office once a week.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year in Denver; $135,000–$160,000 per year in Des Moines; $135,000–$175,000 per year for remote US-only roles, plus a 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets.

What you will do

• Own outcomes, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the Dice.com Candidate Experience product area.
• Lead user interviews and ongoing market and customer discovery with technologists, candidates, recruiters, and employers.
• Partner with product design, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and leadership to define, build, launch, and measure product improvements.
• Lead AI-powered search, matching, and recommendation initiatives across the two-sided marketplace.
• Define success metrics and run rigorous experiments focused on usability, innovation, engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, and cost.
• Own the candidate product business case and take launched products to market in alignment with Dice and DHI strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience growing a B2B or B2C SaaS product.
• Proven ability to ship products, turn ambiguous opportunities into well-scoped ideas, and connect launches to measurable outcomes.
• Track record of experiments and launches that increased revenue, conversion, or retention.
• High standards for software quality and a lean, user-centered product mindset.
• Sound judgment, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to make complex tradeoffs with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, proactive communication and ability to influence, align, and build trust with stakeholders.
• Experience with an AI-enabled product management approach, using AI tools for research, communication, and prototyping.
• Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology in both working methods and shipped products.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer or Dice-hosted events.

Nice to have

• Experience building talent acquisition or HR technology products, including job boards, ATS, VMS, CRM, or two-sided marketplaces.
• Familiarity with the needs of candidates and recruiters.
• Based in the Denver metro area and able to work onsite at DHI’s office once a week.
• Experience creating AI workflows that automate business operations.
