Principal Product Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in New York or Bellevue, United States; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $192,000–$245,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions in the Healthcare business.
• Transform early-stage, customer-specific implementations into scalable, configurable, and repeatable software products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and design on product specifications, user stories, prototypes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Engage enterprise customers and industry specialists to identify reusable capabilities, improve onboarding, data ingestion, configuration, and self-service.
• Work with sales, marketing, and solution teams on positioning, go-to-market strategy, enablement, launches, and commercialization.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 7+ years of product management experience preferred, ideally in B2B software, enterprise SaaS, or customer-facing technology products.
• Demonstrated success taking products from concept, MVP, or early customer deployments through launch, adoption, and scale.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, prioritization, and agile execution skills.
• Experience working with software engineering teams on complex products, including architecture, scalability, usability, and technical tradeoffs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience productizing customer-specific solutions or converting services-led implementations into repeatable software products.
• Experience with AI-powered products, generative AI, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping, configurable enterprise applications, workflow products, or automation solutions.
• Background in healthcare technology, provider operations, payer workflows, or healthcare enterprise software.
• Experience in enterprise sales enablement, product adoption, and revenue growth.
