Senior Technology Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, 8 days per month, USA - Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $94,200–$164,450 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define and deliver product features, platform capabilities, and clinical workflows based on customer and market needs.
• Engage nursing leaders, health systems, clinical informatics teams, innovation groups, and other stakeholders to identify workflows, pain points, outcomes, and success measures.
• Set product strategy, vision, metrics, roadmap priorities, requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
• Use AI-enabled methods to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, validation, documentation, and decision-making while maintaining human judgment and accountability.
• Build prototypes, demonstrations, and experiments; validate assumptions with customers and use evaluation results, telemetry, and feedback to improve products.
• Partner with Technology, Clinical Content, Commercial, Legal, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on platform APIs, integrations, pricing, go-to-market inputs, strategic partnerships, governance, and trustworthy delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience in product management, product development, healthcare technology, or a closely related area.
• Understanding of AI-enabled development and AI technologies, including the ability to use AI to accelerate product definition, evaluation, and decision-making and to define AI-enabled or agentic customer solutions.
• Experience translating customer problems and market needs into product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, user validation, or early-access testing.
• Experience independently building and evaluating prototypes and demonstrations with modern product and productivity tools.
• Strong judgment when evaluating emerging-technology outputs and determining when human review, clinical validation, or additional evidence is required.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, clinical, content, commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Relevant experience in healthcare, nursing, clinical workflows, healthcare information, education, or enterprise software.
