CRM Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States of America. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The position is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship; candidates with valid work authorization may be considered for a change-of-employer petition.

Pay range: $130,687–$222,169 per year for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Own and advise on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and partner with functional and business owners on enterprise CRM solutions.
• Design, test, implement, and support end-to-end CRM solutions, including integrations, security, and scalability.
• Apply technical and functional best practices across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Maintain platform alignment with the Lead to Contract value stream.
• Participate in the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract award.
• Coordinate engineers and business stakeholders to support project progress and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience designing, creating, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience working on projects using Agile SDLC methodology.
• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM security roles and application configuration.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing scripting solutions using PowerShell, Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript, or an equivalent technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, active listening, and ability to explain complex technical concepts in business language.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate across technical, functional, and business teams, work independently or in a team, create alignment, perform root-cause analysis, and solve problems with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot CLI or an equivalent tool, SQL Server, web servers, OAuth, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience using Dynamics CRM Web APIs.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party applications such as LinkedIn Navigator, Introhive, and Marketo.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification.
