Associate Principal Engineer (Salesforce Technical Architect)

What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform capabilities.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, technical best practices, and technical governance processes.
• Create and review High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documents, evaluate solution alternatives, and make architecture recommendations.
• Lead hands-on technical work across Salesforce data models, integrations, automation, security, performance, and reusable components.
• Guide distributed development teams, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and conduct design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, enterprise integrations, and technical governance.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governor limit optimization, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Experience defining integration strategies, error handling, monitoring, data synchronization mechanisms, scalable data models, and data management solutions.
• Ability to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
