Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; listed locations include New York, Austin, and Toronto.

What you will do

• Design and develop complex custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and customer-facing features.
• Own technical architecture, design decisions, implementation quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build advanced Apex solutions using asynchronous processing patterns such as Queueable Apex and Platform Events.
• Develop performant Lightning Web Components that manage application state and interact with external systems.
• Lead technical discovery, solution presentations, requirements definition, and delivery discussions with customers.
• Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, resolve production and performance issues, and improve engineering processes.

Requirements

• Advanced Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex custom implementations.
• Experience authoring technical design documents for scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures.
• Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, technical debt, data-volume risks, and integration stability concerns.
• Ability to manage complex implementation projects from technical design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including direct customer engagement and technical presentations.
• Experience estimating effort, managing delivery risks, mentoring developers, and maintaining engineering quality.
