Principal Technical Program Manager - GSO Studio Enablement

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $236,300–$354,500 USD per year. Additional bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Translate Global Service Operations and Studio Enablement strategy into execution roadmaps for mission-critical initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering, product, design, operations, operating companies, external partners, vendors, and strategic alliances.
• Lead program governance, including operating cadences, risk and dependency management, transparent reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
• Design operating frameworks, organizational structures, roles, and processes that improve agility, accountability, and sustainable growth.
• Curate leadership offsites, reviews, and cross-functional planning forums while supporting organizational change and transformation.
• Prepare executive and external-partner communications, strategy narratives, board briefings, reports, presentations, and thought-leadership materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, portfolio management, or related roles in large-scale software environments.
• Proven experience leading high-impact programs across global, matrixed organizations and aligning technical execution with business strategy.
• Experience with shared IT platforms and services in large organizations, including modernization and standardization efforts.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, distributed systems, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience using automation, telemetry, and emerging AI capabilities to reduce manual work and improve support outcomes.
• Experience with CI/CD, engineering tooling, platform services, and developer-workflow improvements.
• Experience moving teams from reactive support to proactive, repeatable, and automated operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and align senior executives and distributed teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and technical audiences; experience supporting organizational change, reorganization planning, and enterprise-scale transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production systems, incident response, reliability, monitoring, and operational improvement.
• Experience supporting studio technology, developer environments, build workflows, source control, and daily production needs.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification.
