Technical Program Manager, Corporate Engineering (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office presence.

Annual salary: $290,000–$365,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional Corporate Engineering programs from requirements and risk planning through execution and optimization.
• Drive architectural standards for scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise IT systems.
• Plan and execute office buildouts and expansions with IT, Facilities, Security, and external vendors.
• Manage programs for network infrastructure, AV and collaboration equipment, building technology, corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint management.
• Lead IT service delivery, internal systems, HR platforms, productivity tools, and other business software programs.
• Present recommendations and program status to leadership while coordinating technical tradeoffs with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology, including 4+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Technical background in enterprise IT systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading office buildouts or infrastructure deployments across IT, Facilities, and external vendors.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technology-focused role delivering company-wide programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ambiguity-management, and technical translation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling IT infrastructure in high-growth technology companies.
• Background in IT service management frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Experience with enterprise software evaluation, procurement, vendor management, endpoint management platforms, or zero-trust security architectures.
• Experience with AV systems, video conferencing, collaboration technology, or prior work as an IT, systems, or network engineer.
• Experience supporting AI/ML research environments or organizations with specialized security and compliance requirements.
