Principal TPM - GSO Studio Enablement

Location: United States, Remote. The role is flexible and may be performed remotely, with pay varying by geographic location.

Base pay range: $236,300–$354,500 USD annually for Seattle-based employees; individual pay depends on job-related factors and location.

What you will do

• Translate Global Service Operations and Studio Enablement strategy into execution roadmaps for mission-critical initiatives.
• Identify cross-organizational dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, and guide leadership decisions with data and scenario planning.
• Align engineering, product, design, operations, operating companies, external partners, vendors, and strategic alliances.
• Drive program governance, reporting, KPIs, operating frameworks, and predictable execution across high-priority initiatives.
• Support organizational design, leadership offsites, reviews, planning forums, and enterprise-scale transformation.
• Create executive briefings, strategy narratives, reports, presentations, partner messaging, and technical storytelling connected to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, portfolio management, or related roles in large-scale software environments.
• Proven experience leading high-impact programs across global, matrixed organizations and aligning technical execution with business strategy.
• Experience with shared IT platforms and services in large organizations, including modernization and standardization efforts.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, distributed systems, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience using automation, telemetry, and emerging AI capabilities to reduce manual work and improve support outcomes.
• Experience with CI/CD, engineering tooling, platform services, and improving developer workflows.
• Experience moving teams from reactive support toward proactive, repeatable, and automated operations.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and align senior executives and distributed teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including communication with executive and technical audiences; experience supporting organizational change, reorganization planning, and enterprise-scale transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production systems, incident response, reliability, monitoring, and operational improvement.
• Experience supporting studio technology, developer environments, build workflows, source control, and day-to-day production needs.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification.
