Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $230,000–$385,000 per year, plus equity and performance-related bonuses for eligible employees.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and product direction of internal People products.
• Design and ship products and improvements from early concepts through high-fidelity prototypes and visual design.
• Partner with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers on long-term strategy and short-term execution.
• Conduct user research to understand users and refine products.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
• Help establish the design culture and grow the design team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping larger-scale software products.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills with a high standard of quality and craft.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design problems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into a clear vision.
• Interest in participating in the AI research process and defining how AI-first products should look and behave.
