Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Base salary: $157,000–$195,000 annually

What you will do

• Take new software products and major features from product strategy and customer problem discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Synthesize customer feedback, research, product data, and business context to identify opportunities and clarify priorities.
• Generate, validate, prototype, and refine product ideas with product and engineering partners.
• Own user flows, functional prototypes, production-ready interfaces, and the customer experience through release.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes with realistic data and interactions using Figma and AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Contribute to design systems, design critique, peer mentoring, and cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience and a portfolio showing the design process, personal contributions, and reasoning behind key decisions.
• Proven 0-to-1 experience owning a new product or substantial feature from initial idea through launch, including ambiguity management, problem validation, first-release scoping, and learning from customer usage.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft, including complete flows beyond the happy path, accessibility, and reusable components.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of contributing ideas grounded in customer needs.
• Hands-on prototyping ability in Figma and at least one AI coding tool such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or a similar tool.
• Experience with design systems used across multiple teams, AI products, marketing workflows, or complex enterprise software.
• Familiarity with shipping design changes through GitHub pull requests and participating in code review with engineers.
• A strong collaborative track record with product and engineering, including building alignment and adapting to constraints.
• Skill in using research and data to inform design decisions.
