Salary: $130K–$165K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full product design lifecycle, from problem framing and user research through workflows, interaction design, launch, and iteration.
• Design scalable systems and complex multi-step workflows across information architecture, role-based permissions, states, statuses, lifecycles, and edge cases.
• Create coherent web and mobile experiences for family caregivers, clinicians, and operators across B2C and B2B contexts.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, clinical, and compliance teams to translate technical, regulatory, and operational constraints into design decisions.
• Design AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows that support users while maintaining trust, transparency, and appropriate guardrails.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong experience designing systems, workflows, and information architecture.
• Experience with multi-role, permissioned products.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile.
• Ability to own user research, synthesis, design, and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated, high-stakes industry.
• Experience working at startups or on small, fast-moving teams.
