Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement with regular office attendance and 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.

Base salary: $190,000–$210,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term reward programs.

What you will do

• Help define and refine the firm’s overall product strategy, including new fund development and reviews of existing funds.
• Identify and integrate internal and external insights into the product planning process.
• Assess the attractiveness of current and potential new funds.
• Map the competitive landscape for prospective products.
• Manage the central repository of product ideas and prioritize concepts for deeper analysis.
• Assess the positioning of existing funds and propose modifications where appropriate.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in private equity, asset management, investment product management, investment research, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with and interest in private equity or the broader private markets landscape.
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical reasoning, creativity, and written communication in team-based settings.
• Analytical rigor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to formulate recommendations based on analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and in person.
• Experience working in team environments and cross-functional groups.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and take ownership of outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
