Technical Product Manager (ETF)

Location: Boston, United States

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus discretionary bonuses and profit-sharing.

What you will do

• Identify market, client, prospect, and stakeholder needs and shape opportunities for new ETF product development.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, use cases, requirements, value propositions, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Design scalable product solutions using visual representations, prototypes, operational processes, existing microservices, and technology capabilities.
• Partner with Systems, Technology, Change Management, Operations, and Product teams to assess feasibility, costs, risks, timelines, and governance.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams, drive delivery, and ensure requirements and product outcomes are achieved.
• Demonstrate capabilities to clients and prospects, support adoption and sales, gather feedback, and evolve the roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations, product development, analytical problem-solving, and commercial value assessment.
• Technical understanding with the ability to influence technology initiatives and evaluate data-related challenges and solutions.
• Understanding of Agile development and Scrum project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to create clear visual representations using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL is advantageous.
• Strong communication, influencing, ownership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
