VP Product (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, USA

Salary: $250K–$350K annually, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global provides infrastructure for global money movement, including developer tools, a single API for fiat and stablecoins, compliance, ledgering, and reporting.

What you will do

• Lead the product organization and set impactful product priorities in close collaboration with engineering.
• Partner with the CEO and management team on company and product strategy.
• Develop and scale the go-to-market motion.
• Engage directly with companies to sell products and teach product and GTM partners how to do the same.
• Develop current product managers and recruit new product team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
• Fintech experience in the infrastructure or application layer.
• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to represent the business clearly and credibly to boards, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Experience operating as a player-coach and leading by example.

Nice to have

• Payments experience.
• Prior experience with developer or API products.
