Sr. Product Manager (Routing Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office. The listed salary range applies to the United States, including California.

Salary: USD 136,500–276,500 annual base salary in California, United States. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for next-generation routing solutions from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.
• Develop routing platforms for service provider, enterprise, and cloud segments based on market and customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into product features, priorities, and roadmap plans.
• Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, execution milestones, and product-specific guidance.
• Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market execution with sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Define pricing and business cases while overseeing customer feedback, improvements, and post-launch lifecycle actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical understanding and experience in routing and network infrastructure markets.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through complex and ambiguous initiatives.
• Expertise in cost-efficient solution strategy, financial modeling, performance metrics, root-cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Deep technical knowledge of routing and network infrastructure.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
