📍 Location: Remote (Europe) CET ±3 hours

💼 Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in tech hiring
Must have:
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, engaging and closing international tech talent
• Experience hiring for start-ups and scale-ups
• Confident working independently with hiring managers and technical teams
• Global sourcing experience (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Fluent English
Key focus:
• Global talent scouting and smart, AI-first sourcing
• Owning the full candidate journey — from first call to close
• Structured interviews and actionable summaries for Hiring Managers
• Improving hiring workflows in collaboration with Founders and Team Leads
