Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote in EMEA, London, Portugal, or Spain; ideally based in or able to overlap with US and EMEA time zones.

hirify.global is a U.S.-based ecommerce search and discovery platform founded in 2019, using in-house transformers and generative LLMs to optimize search, recommendations, and shopping agents at extreme scale.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and product roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
• Source and engage engineering and product talent across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria, success profiles, pipeline progress, and key metrics.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent hirify.global throughout candidate interactions.
• Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and debriefs across time zones.
• Build pipelines and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting for technical roles is required.
• Proven success hiring for backend, frontend, data/ML, product management, and product design roles.
• Proactive, self-directed, highly organized, and able to demonstrate ownership and follow-through.
• Experience working successfully in fast-paced environments, ideally at growth-stage startups.
• Strong track record of retaining hires and building trust with hiring teams.
• Deep comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and adapting to new tools.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Empathetic, thoughtful, and clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders; comfortable using and iterating with AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and sourcing.

• Prior experience using Juicebox.
