Business Operations Associate (AI)

Location: In-person in Seattle, five days a week.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 base salary per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day finance operations, including expense tracking and month-end close with an external accountant.
• Identify ways to make company spending smarter and improve finance execution.
• Lead cross-functional and special projects from start to finish.
• Build internal communication systems that keep the team aligned as it scales.
• Create new processes and systems from scratch to support company growth.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or startup operations, with a proven ability to tackle unstructured problems and deliver results.
• Strong commitment to building teams and shaping a positive, high-performing culture.
• Resourcefulness in navigating finance, HR, and other processes, with the ability to build order where none exists.
• Ability to turn vague needs and partially developed ideas into structured processes while anticipating problems and solutions.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a small, ambitious, high-trust team.
