Program Associate / Senior Associate (Consumer Brands & AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze potential investments and conduct comprehensive due diligence across consumer brands and services.
• Perform market research, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment return analysis.
• Prepare due diligence materials, investment committee memoranda, fundraising materials, and client-request responses.
• Support debt financing, M&A and business development initiatives, and acquisition documentation.
• Develop and operationalize AI-based tools and assets for sourcing and deal evaluation.
• Monitor existing investments and support strategic initiatives, new business development, and investment product development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a top-tier investment banking program.
• Excellent academic credentials, including undergraduate performance and GPA.
• Exceptional quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, initiative, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external workstreams and collaborate effectively.
• Open to working in New York and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer brands, consumer services, or multi-unit concepts.
