Sr. Demand Planner

Location: El Segundo, California, United States. In-office Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Salary: $84,000–$101,000 annual.

What you will do

• Analyze short-term point-of-sale performance and shipping trends.
• Develop long-term category planning and demand forecasts for the Dolls portfolio.
• Support the implementation of Anaplan and create standard operating procedures after implementation.
• Improve planning processes and service level agreements through structured process management.
• Evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information.
• Build cross-functional relationships, present recommendations, moderate meetings, and influence business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Thorough understanding of inventory management.
• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering and documenting process and tool requirements.
• Ability to moderate meetings, deliver oral presentations and training to large groups, communicate business updates, and influence business decisions.
• Growth mindset demonstrated through curiosity, continuous learning, embracing challenges, and self-improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDA, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan.
• Experience with Tableau, Cognos, or ThoughtSpot.
• Experience with VBA or SQL programming.
