Director, Demand & Supply Planning (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build and own the S&OP and demand-planning cadence across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Procurement, fulfillment partners, and pharmacy sites.
• Translate commercial projections into capacity, production, sourcing, and consumable requirements by SKU, state, and titration.
• Forecast supplement demand by SKU, flavor, partner, and channel while tracking accuracy, bias, inventory coverage, stockouts, expiration risk, and manufacturer performance.
• Develop partner-ready visibility, SKU and manufacturer planning timelines, volume allocation strategies, replenishment plans, and safety-stock targets.
• Own inventory optimization and cost outcomes with Finance while mitigating demand and supply-continuity risks.
• Hire, lead, and develop the planning team; improve planning documentation, systems, tooling, and data in partnership with Product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain, demand and supply planning, or operations, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience building an S&OP or demand-planning cadence from scratch and owning forecast accuracy.
• Experience planning dietary supplements or comparable batch-manufactured consumer products through third-party manufacturers, including lead times, MOQs, shelf life, and launches.
• Experience scaling high-volume mail-order or specialty pharmacy, fulfillment, distribution, or regulated manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytics, modeling, inventory and cost management, cross-functional influence, and collaboration with Product on planning tools and data.

Nice to have

• 503A compounding pharmacy or pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience.
• Formal S&OP or IBP experience and APICS, CPIM, or similar certification.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Lean and Six Sigma practices.
