3PM Commercialization & Supply Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; professional corporate office environment; up to 10–15% travel and regular travel by plane or train may be required.

Salary: $69,500–$102,100 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate supply chain commercialization and acquisition-integration activities from brand creation through production readiness, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
• Support SAP item setup and master data readiness for materials, finished goods, suppliers, customers, warehouses, storage locations, and planning attributes.
• Develop and maintain production packets, setup trackers, readiness checklists, dashboards, exception reports, and integration documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from Brand, Commercialization, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, Materials Planning, Customer Management, and external partners.
• Track launch assumptions, lead times, minimum order quantities, supplier commitments, purchase orders, packaging readiness, and expected material receipts.
• Identify cost, inventory, service, and execution tradeoffs; document control gaps and help convert repeatable manual activities into standardized, automated processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in supply chain, planning, operations, commercialization, customer service, or analytics.
• Experience working in an ERP environment; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage detailed transactional work while identifying broader process, cost, and service implications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, sit or stand for extended periods, and work on a computer and phone for extended periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice to have

• Power BI or similar reporting tool experience.
• APICS/ASCM certification.
• CPG, beverage alcohol, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or third-party manufacturing networks.
• Experience with SAP IBP, O9, Blue Yonder/JDA, Ariba, Power BI, or similar tools.
