Senior Analyst, AI-Enabled Strategy & Long-Term Planning

Location: San Jose, California, United States. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Salary: $133.2K–$212.7K USD annually for the Bay Area California; incentive opportunities are also available based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Shape and operationalize long-range business plans.
• Translate complex data and emerging opportunities into strategic choices, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Assess where AI can improve business decisions and workflows, including appropriate use, output verification, limitations, privacy concerns, and potential bias.
• Build or use analytical models, forecasts, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Partner with business, finance, product, marketing, sales operations, data, and technical teams.
• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams and present concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business planning, business operations, finance, marketing or sales operations, analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong business acumen covering business models, value drivers, customer or market context, financial and operational trade-offs, and strategic priorities.
• Ability to independently structure and solve complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Practical familiarity with AI systems and tools, including generative AI and AI-assisted analytics.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including presenting concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams, align contributors, and deliver outcomes amid ambiguity and changing inputs.
• Eligibility for any required U.S. export authorizations.
