Associate Experience/Project Management Lead

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite role. hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Annual salary: $104,550.00–$161,950.00.

What you will do

• Lead initiatives that improve the associate experience across the employee lifecycle and support organizational change and adoption.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, including plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, technology teams, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Analyze associate experience, operational, and workforce data; develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive-level communications.
• Establish project management standards, procedures, governance, data quality, validation, cleansing, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, coach associates on project management disciplines, and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, associate experience, HR programs, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related certification.
• Experience supporting employee experience, talent, HR, or organizational effectiveness programs.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Workday Reporting, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Experience leading change management and process transformation initiatives.
