Senior Digital Deployment Consultant - Annual Deployment Plan

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; travel up to 25% with regular engagement across multiple locations and time zones.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 annually.

What you will do

• Plan annual deployments and maintain digital deployment roadmaps for assigned dealers.
• Confirm dealer priorities, capacity, timing, and readiness, and lead deployment kickoffs.
• Coordinate execution across dealers, district teams, product teams, program managers, and digital partners.
• Maintain commitments, milestones, risks, decisions, and status in ADP reporting tools.
• Advise dealers on initiative value, requirements, dependencies, actions, and resource needs.
• Support implementation, integration, migration, release, reliability, performance, and maintenance issue resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with digital deployments, IT operations, technology implementations, or program and project execution.
• Knowledge of program management, deployment dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with dealers, customers, or external business partners.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of IT systems, digital products, integrations, and deployment dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
