Director Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Hybrid, primarily North Wales, Pennsylvania, with travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania sites; 25% travel required. US and Puerto Rico residents only. No relocation support.

Base salary: $156,900–$247,000 annually, plus eligible annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the SVP of Global Respiratory.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and five-year planning for Global Respiratory, including the US market.
• Provide franchise performance commentary and metrics to Corporate Financial Services and Investor Relations.
• Support financial execution of brand strategies from launch through late lifecycle management.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply finance, and operations colleagues to address short- and long-term supply needs.
• Recommend marketing and clinical investment allocations, analyze business development opportunities, and develop mitigation plans for significant risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills, including vertical and horizontal leadership.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• High motivation and a strong customer-focused orientation.
• Ability to travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania sites.
• Skills in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, financial evaluations, financial optimization, GAAP, business development, business models, commercial operations, decision-making, and organizational leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Proven ability to identify organizational efficiency opportunities and drive organizational change.
• Understanding of commercial operations, planning, and forecasting processes.
