Senior Director, Finance (SBU CFO)

Location: Oakland, California, United States; hybrid workplace. Ability to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $186,700–$392,100 annually, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Serve as Chief Financial Officer for the Glad and Kingsford business units, overseeing financial strategy and performance across approximately $1.3 billion in annual revenue.
• Partner with the Vice President and General Manager on business strategy, long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Drive profitable growth through portfolio, pricing, investment, innovation, productivity, and capital allocation decisions.
• Provide data-driven decision support, evaluate strategic investments and commercial initiatives, and manage financial due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital investments.
• Lead financial controls, compliance, governance, risk management, and financial reporting integrity.
• Lead and develop a finance team of approximately six professionals while advancing finance transformation and organizational capability.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the United States.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years of exposure to financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in a similar position within multinational manufacturing; consumer packaged goods or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP, data, and financial systems.
• Experience leading organizational change, managing multiple teams or a large span of control, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and decision-making skills, executive presence, communication, planning, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• MBA.
