HR Operations Specialist (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must reside in Istanbul city center and work typical hours from 16:00 to 24:00 Turkey time.

What you will do

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company values and practices throughout recruitment.
• Manage recruitment-related reference checks, background checks, contract processes, and documentation.
• Source and attract qualified candidates, manage job postings, and evaluate applications.
• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, time off, and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and act as a trusted point of contact for HR operations questions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with timely communication, proper documentation, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, management, or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in HR.
• Computer skills and experience with recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with individuals at all organizational levels and operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Curiosity, openness to new approaches, eagerness to learn, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• People-centered, approachable, and empathetic approach to HR support.
• Discretion, reliability, and a strong focus on security and privacy when handling personal data.
• Ability to work from 16:00 to 24:00 Turkey time and reside in Istanbul city center.
• Perfect English skills, written and oral; candidates with less than an advanced level of English will be eliminated from the process.
