Financial Systems Administrator (Coupa)

hirify.global is a global IT organization seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to support core business applications for procurement, expense management, learning, and travel.

What you will do

• Configure, develop, and maintain Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, and Expense, along with Skilljar and Egencia.
• Lead QA and end-to-end testing for system upgrades and internal rollouts, including test script development and execution.
• Build and modify approval chains, custom fields, forms, workflow rules, and expense auditing rules.
• Support integrations between Coupa and financial systems such as NetSuite using APIs, flat files, and cXML, plus Egencia and Skilljar integrations.
• Resolve production support issues and act as an escalation point for complex incidents across supported platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Education Services, and IT teams while ensuring compliance with SOX and information security standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working with financial or business systems and SaaS platforms. Direct Coupa configuration or support experience is a strong advantage.
• Foundational understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Expense Management processes.
• Exposure to systems integration concepts including APIs, flat-file transfers, cXML, and SCIM Provisioning; basic scripting is highly preferred.
• Experience running QA testing, creating test scripts, and managing sandbox environments.
• Solid knowledge of IT compliance frameworks, including SOX and Information Security, as applied to financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Skilljar or Travel Management platforms such as Egencia.
• Coupa Platform Certification.
