What you will do

• Plan IV&V engagements, define scope and success criteria, review vendor SOWs and proposals, and advise on NetSuite architecture, implementation approach, vendor selection, and governance.
• Verify requirements, architecture, design, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, and go-live readiness across complex multi-vendor ERP programs.
• Lead full-lifecycle implementations of NetSuite, Certinia, or similar ERP platforms, including finance, accounting, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash modules.
• Design and build custom ERP solutions with platform tools, scripting, extensions, workflows, custom records, saved searches, and configuration tools.
• Develop integrations, migrate and validate financial data, and build reports, dashboards, and financial analytics.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, post-go-live stabilization, controls, compliance, documentation, and collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, vendors, and client leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in ERP systems configuration, development, or implementation.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge covering GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, billing, GAAP, and SOX internal controls.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across financial and transactional modules, including configuration, workflows, scripting, and customization.
• Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools, plus experience with data migration and financial data mapping.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing and UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Solution architecture experience and the ability to translate business and finance requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and finance stakeholders, including delivering candid, objective findings to client executives with tact.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and comfort working in multi-vendor programs.

Nice to have

• NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and relevant NetSuite certifications.
• Salesforce ecosystem integration experience, including Salesforce-to-ERP integration.
• Experience with revenue recognition, project accounting, NetSuite OneWorld, or SuiteBilling.
• Experience with multi-entity or global ERP implementations, financial reporting tools, or data warehouses.
• CPA, MBA, finance degree, or accounting background.
• Experience with Certinia, Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials, or Acumatica.
• Consulting or systems integrator experience, including solution architect or workstream lead roles.
• Exposure to IV&V, QA, or test engineering practices such as IEEE 1012; public-sector or federal client experience; and consulting team leadership or mentoring.
