NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; Malaysia (KL) or Indonesia (JKT). Working model: Hybrid or remote.

What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of Finance systems solutions in NetSuite.
• Translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable NetSuite architecture and system solutions.
• Support IFRS 18 implementation and broader finance transformation initiatives.
• Build and improve financial reporting, automation, integrations, workflows, custom records, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Work directly with senior Finance stakeholders and take requirements from concept through architecture, build, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity across a global Finance systems environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strong NetSuite experience, including solution architecture and implementation.
• Deep experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-entity and multi-currency environments, consolidation, and intercompany processes.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, ideally supported by ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Hands-on expertise in financial reporting, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and dashboards.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to design and build workflows, automation, custom records, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical NetSuite architecture, understand accounting implications, and build or lead implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and data integrity, excellent communication skills, confidence working directly with senior Finance stakeholders, and ability to work independently.
