Staff Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, US. Travel required less than 15%.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations, business teams and external partners.
• Build integrated plans covering priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, integration, readiness and adoption of the Customer Data Platform across Data, Product, Engineering, Ad Tech, Security, Privacy and business teams.
• Establish operating cadences, program-health visibility and executive communication for complex programs.
• Structure and drive strategic AI initiatives across Product and Technology, including progression from emerging ideas and pilots toward scalable execution.
• Influence cross-functional decisions, escalate material risks with recommendations and strengthen consistent program and portfolio practices with the Tech PMO.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program, transformation or technology delivery experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team technology programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering a Customer Data Platform implementation from vendor selection or build through integration and adoption.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and business teams.
• Strong technical literacy and credibility with Product, Engineering and Data leaders.
• Deep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management and executive communication.
• Ability to create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect technology execution to business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience leading platform implementations, vendor integrations or technology transformation programs.
• Experience helping teams adopt AI or other emerging technology responsibly, moving from pilots to scaled, governed practice.
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment, including privacy and security review.
