Staff Technical Program Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $201,000–$226,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the evolution of hirify.global Me and Lightpath and the strategic launch of CareGuide.
• Guide complex product features from concept and technical design through launch readiness and production release.
• Evaluate technical risks and trade-offs, prioritize partner needs, challenge assumptions, and support informed decisions.
• Monitor program health, mitigate timeline risks, resolve issues, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Align engineering, clinical, UX, quality, legal, privacy, security, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Establish program management frameworks and operational standards that improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience managing complex technical programs involving large-scale software systems or digital health products.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems in complex engineering environments.
• Expert cross-functional leadership and communication skills across engineering, clinical, UX, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in operational excellence, organizational best practices, and measurable productivity improvements.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in FDA-regulated design control or QMS environments, including verification or validation testing.
• Experience in digital health, insurance, or healthcare.
