Senior Product Manager - Agentic Security (Auth0)

Location: Hybrid role in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; includes an immersive in-person onboarding experience.

Annual base salary: CAD 146,000–218,000 for candidates located in Canada. Additional equity, bonus, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Define and champion product strategy and roadmap for Auth0 Agentic Security using data-driven prioritization.
• Lead customer research, product discovery, journey optimization, and value realization through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering on prototypes, wireframes, APIs, user stories, sprint scope, Agile cadences, and delivery.
• Establish hypotheses and baselines, analyze adoption and performance data, and iterate on product capabilities.
• Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Technical Account Managers on campaigns, positioning, customer messaging, adoption, and go-to-market content.
• Use AI tools for prototyping, customer-insight synthesis, competitive analysis, and product documentation.

Requirements

• Significant product experience creating and orchestrating AI agents, including practical use of MCP servers to expose context, tools, and resources to agents.
• Experience defining secure authentication, authorization, and runtime monitoring for non-human AI principals.
• Strong command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and direct experience identifying, triaging, and remediating agentic threats, especially prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, including experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
• Undergraduate and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in security, fraud, or compliance, with foundational IAM knowledge including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and RBAC, and/or familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or SOC 2.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with a highly collaborative approach across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering global enterprise software across the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated outcome-driven results through successful delivery of owned products, features, or capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including action planning under incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to explore business and technical aspects deeply.
• Deep experience working with Engineering in Agile environments, including scoping, sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
