Senior Product Manager (AI, Canada)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; hybrid workplace

Base pay: 150,000–200,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Own the success of the Canadian market across the Quoting, Analyze, Intelligence, and shared platform products.
• Meet Canadian customers to understand market needs, workflows, and product gaps.
• Build and manage the Canadian investment strategy, including priorities, resources, outcomes, and return on investment.
• Present and justify product priorities to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies and delivery with Product Management and engineering leads across the product portfolio.
• Identify quick wins and communicate existing product value to Canadian customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, including significant product management experience.
• Business-outcomes mindset with strong focus on ROI, revenue, and customer impact.
• High ownership and comfort operating with substantial ambiguity.
• Ability to influence without authority and build compelling cases for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Experience working directly with customers and converting insights into prioritized plans.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience building or owning a P&L or investment model.

Nice to have

• Background in business development, management consulting, or another commercial role.
• Product management experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience owning a market, region, P&L, or GM-style scope.
• Familiarity with the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry, insurance brokerages, or insurtech.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or AI products.
