Product Manager Senior (AI)

Location: Mississauga, Canada; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Travel up to 10–25%.

Salary: $90,960–$136,440 annual, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive of 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Develop expertise in Zebra products, customer needs, competitive landscapes, distribution channels, and relevant market dynamics.
• Represent the voice of the customer and connect technical teams with business stakeholders.
• Manage product lifecycles for assigned product lines, including customer requirements, tactical execution, end-of-life planning, inventory objectives, and KPIs.
• Define product offerings through the New Product Introduction process and lead go-to-market strategies covering positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
• Develop and present research-backed business cases to internal and external audiences, including senior management.
• Support demand generation, product launches, value proposition communication, and training for sales, sales engineers, technical support, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Software Product Management experience.
• Product lifecycle management experience.
• Knowledge of software applications relevant to product markets and use cases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and customer orientation, with the ability to balance customer needs and business goals.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with mobile computing solutions, including Android OS devices, data capture technologies, and AI-driven tools such as machine-learning diagnostic systems, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Intermediate knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in enterprise mobile computing and wearable solutions.
