What you will do

• Identify and source new investment opportunities.
• Conduct thesis-based market research and industry analysis.
• Analyze investment presentations and materials from potential targets.
• Participate in due diligence activities.
• Assist with M&A processes for portfolio companies.
• Construct presentation materials for the firm and its portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, research, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, work ethic, and desire to learn.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Leadership experience and an impressive academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.
