Associate, Business Services M&A

What you will do

• Perform financial analyses, valuations, and industry research.
• Identify and contact potential buyers and acquisition targets.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives.
• Support transaction negotiations, due diligence, and deal closings.
• Contribute to new business development and initiatives that grow the firm’s franchise value.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in sell-side M&A, capital raising, investment banking, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance with solid business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be able to work in Richmond, Virginia, United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
