HR Content Governance Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Rahway, New Jersey, United States; provides in-person support for US-based HR leadership and access to US unions. Travel requirements: 10%. No relocation. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $79,200–$124,700 per year, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.

What you will do

• Own and maintain HR knowledge content aligned with global standards, local labor laws, regulatory requirements, translation standards, and country practices.
• Oversee an AI agent used to quality-score, update, convert, and publish knowledge content.
• Partner with US Publishing Leads, HR COEs, regional stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, HR Solutions, IT, and Finance to create, review, approve, publish, and retire HR articles.
• Conduct knowledge audits and health checks, measure content effectiveness and user satisfaction through analytics, and maintain audit trails, version history, approvals, and evidence.
• Monitor content freshness, audit findings, usage, quality indicators, and risks; document and remediate gaps and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and provide guidance on knowledge standards, audit expectations, compliance requirements, and AI readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, degree currently in progress, or equivalent relevant Human Resources work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 1 year with a master’s degree.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge, HR case management, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting AI chatbots, copilots, or agent-based HR service models.
• Background in global HR operations, shared services, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR knowledge governance and lifecycle management, HR analytics, HRIS, digital HR, standards compliance, and process alignment.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, influencing, written communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to use data-driven decision-making, content performance measurement, project management tools, and process improvement approaches.
