Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location: Chicago, Illinois, or Madison, Wisconsin, United States. Hybrid work arrangement with 8–12 days in the office. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $64,000–$105,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies and build candidate pipelines for business needs.
• Source, screen, and recommend candidates for roles across different levels and functions.
• Manage sourcing channels and maximize the use of sourcing-related services.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide an exceptional experience from application through onboarding.
• Maintain an external candidate network through market visibility and ongoing communication with prospective candidates.
• Identify improvements, research alternative sourcing methods, and recommend enhancements to recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Some relevant work experience.
• Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and interest in talent acquisition and recruitment in an agency, in-house, or RPO environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Experience as an in-house, RPO, or agency sourcer, researcher, or recruiter.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Experience with advanced internet searches, cold calling, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques.
• Experience implementing sourcing activities and building pipelines for different levels and roles.
• Experience managing and partnering with recruitment vendors to execute sourcing strategies.
