Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Build strategic sourcing capabilities, processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with software engineering, quantum computing, and quantum sensing teams on proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.
• Build and nurture talent communities across global markets, with an emphasis on the US.
• Create personalized outreach to engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Map global talent pools and provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability data, and hiring trends.
• Define talent personas, optimize top-of-funnel conversion, support employer branding, and represent hirify.global at specialized conferences and events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total recruiting experience, primarily focused on proactive sourcing and engagement in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Experience gathering market intelligence, analyzing hiring trends, and providing meaningful data to internal teams.
• Advanced expertise with modern sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray/Boolean search, academic publications, and technical databases.
• Proven experience with international hiring and engaging technical talent globally.
• Ability to advise, influence, and partner effectively with talent teams, leaders, and cross-functional partners at all levels.
• Experience as a 360 recruiter in a deep-tech, fast-paced environment may also be considered.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of specialized recruitment sourcing experience in engineering, research, R&D, or the deep-tech startup sector.
• Experience targeting research science, physics, or specialized academic talent across international markets.
• Proficiency with Lever ATS and candidate relationship management tools.
