Senior Director, Dedicated Infrastructure & Platforms

Location: Remote in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Base salary for United States residents: $279,000–$349,000 USD per year. The range excludes bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Dedicated, scaling the single-tenant SaaS platform with customer growth and aligning it with hirify.global’s cellular architecture.
• Lead engineering teams responsible for tenant orchestration, integrations, resilience, incident response, the Switchboard control plane, public-sector platforms, compliance, and enterprise migration tooling.
• Deliver hirify.global Dedicated for Government, including AWS GovCloud infrastructure, FedRAMP operations and audit readiness, air-gapped isolation, and public-sector features.
• Improve platform reliability, customer onboarding, infrastructure cost efficiency, self-service administration, and enterprise-grade SLAs.
• Make enterprise migrations predictable and low-disruption through self-service tooling, guided workflows, Geo-based migration tooling, Direct Transfer, and import capabilities.
• Hire, coach, and scale engineering managers across distributed teams while partnering with Product, Security, Customer Support, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering organizations operating enterprise single-tenant or multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure and cloud platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated improvement of production reliability, reduction of operational toil, or reduction of infrastructure costs on an owned platform.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native and cellular architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modular services that deploy and scale independently across cloud environments.
• Experience delivering and operating enterprise offerings under strict compliance regimes such as FedRAMP and AWS GovCloud.
• Experience leading organizational change, including adoption of AI-enabled workflows that improve engineering system efficiency.
• Ability to translate financial targets into engineering investments, headcount plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Leadership approach centered on ownership, speed with quality, and customer outcomes.
