Claims Adjuster - Crop

Location: Remote in Nebraska, United States; approximately 20% home office work and 80% field work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $56,000–$84,000 per year.

What you will do

• Complete crop insurance field inspections, reviews, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate claims, document and transmit loss information, and assess potential damages.
• Apply crop insurance policies, statutes, and regulations cost-effectively.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through timely and accurate policy service.
• Support quality control tasks, audits, risk assessments, and broader business objectives.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and influence others positively.

Requirements

• Secondary school certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• CAPP License.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in agriculture.
• Experience in farming.
