What you will do

• Frame business challenges and design innovative algorithms and AI solutions.
• Implement and deploy scalable software across the full analytics value chain.
• Apply software development practices to build robust and maintainable products.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
• Work directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
• Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of hirify.global X.

Requirements

• Experience applying software development practices and standards to robust, maintainable software.
• Experience participating in all stages of the software development process.
• Experience optimizing the computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
• Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
• Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech or Slovak and English; English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Programming experience with Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
